Processing & Delivery Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before delivery to our shipping carriers. Standard UPS/FedEx delivery times then apply.
To estimate your product arrival, please account for:
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days for most shipments
Note: We do not offer expedited shipping services (including UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or similar options).
All orders are shipped from our Shelby, Indiana facility via UPS or FedEx to residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All refund and return requests must be submitted in writing to support@sonomafarm.com.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the ship date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and unopened
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- Your item must be in the same condition as when received

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.
Shipping Costs & Liability
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any unauthorized returns
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
- Wild Forest is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by UPS or FedEx that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered
